However, in particular situations you could provide us with data that can be qualified as "particular categories of personal data" and that is data that reveal "racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person ".

These categories of data can be processed only with your consent, expressed in writing (point 7) which can be revoked by you at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

The treatments for marketing purposes are considered valid until you withdraw your consent (or unsubscribe), or after 12 months from the last communication of which there is evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, response).
