Riccardo Raggi
I’ve been “sick” with a passion for nature (and especially wildlife) for as long as I can remember. I became an Environmental Hiking Guide later in life, after working for many years in a completely different field… but in the end, the call of the forest prevailed!
Already with gray hair, a wife and three children to support, I enrolled in and graduated in Wildlife Sciences, while working at the same time as a guide—mainly in Romagna, but also venturing into Emilia, the Marche region, and the Dolomites.
I work daily in environmental education and outdoor education for schools of all levels, and my trips and treks always include a rich share of stories about the natural features of the territories we cross.
